The T's & C's! 

As everyone knows a small business relies on good service, good reviews and good quality products. 

To keep this up I've laid out a few really simple t&c's so you know what to expect from me and me from you!

Courses

​

Booking a course is easy, all you do is purchase a ticket on the selected event date of your choice.

• If you want to or need to cancel your ticket you can have a full refund up to 28 days before the event date. After this point materials are ordered and a refund is no longer available to you. 

• If you purchase a ticket within the 28 days before an event you have 48 hours to request a refund after which you will not be able to have a refund for that ticket. 

• If you are unable to attend on the day please do get in touch, however a refund will not be available. 

• If you wish to reserve a specific date for a private workshop for you and your friends or family at least one ticket should be purchased upon booking as a deposit to hold that date. This is in line with cancellation policy above.

• If you have asked to reserve a specific date and not paid a deposit then someone else requests the same date I will be in touch with you but may have to offer the other party the date if no deposit is then paid.

• You will be given a health and safety run through a the beginning of the course, please read the course descriptions when booking as a few of these points are already stated regarding attire and the consumption of alcohol.

Gift Vouchers

If you have one of my gift vouchers please get in touch and I will add you to your chosen workshop as you can not use gift vouchers to purchase a ticket online. You can email me and will get back to you ASAP and you will receive your E-Ticket via email.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date. 

• Any Vouchers purchased to Christmas will be valid until the following Christmas. Please make it clear they are a Christmas gift when purchasing. 

• If you use your voucher to book a place on a course date the same rules apply for cancellation as above. 

• Vouchers purchased for a specific course CAN be used to purchase items to the equivalent value of the course chosen provided no places of workshop courses have been reserved at any point. If the voucher has been used to book a place on a course the same cancellation rules apply as above. 

 

Wedding Ring Workshops

Many of the points relating to courses above are valid for this as well just a few extras regarding quotes dates and payments.

• Wedding ring workshop quotes are valid for two weeks, after this I will need to amend your quote, this isn't a problem it is because the gold price changes on a daily basis is its just to keep it in line with the current gold price. 

• If you decide to proceed a 50% deposit is required as I will purchase the metals for your workshop at the price I have quoted to you regardless of the date your workshop is booked for.

• Your deposit is non-refundable. 

• The balance must be paid one month before your workshop date. 

• Your chosen date is reserved from the point you pay a deposit.

Products

​

Purchasing items through my workshop is subject to the standard UK Consumer rights which you can find here:

The main points being: 

• You 14 days to request a refund for one of my stock items and up to 6 months if the item is faulty. 

• Gift Cards are non-refundable.

• Bespoke items and items made to order are non-refundable unless faulty.
